// Shipping power, multiplied
Enterprise shipping rates, without enterprise volume.
ShipChamps is pooling the shipping volume of many e-commerce businesses into one buying group — so instead of negotiating alone at retail rates, your store is backed by the group's combined volume when we negotiate with carriers.
The model
One store negotiates alone. A thousand stores negotiate together.
Carriers price by volume. Individually, a small store has nothing to bargain with. Pooled together, the group's combined volume is the bargain — and once shipping is live, every member ships at the group's rate.
Join — free
Sign up as a founding member. No fees, no contract, no minimum volume, no commitment to ship a single label.
Share your shipping data
Send a 30-day shipping report — where your packages go, what they weigh, what you pay now. That's the raw material for negotiating.
Volume gets pooled
Your volume joins the group's. Combined, it supports enterprise-tier carrier rates no member could reach on their own.
Ship at group rates
Print labels through your ShipChamps account at the group rate. Postage runs through the group's master account — you just ship.
Full transparency
What actually happens after you say yes
No hand-waving. Here's the honest sequence, including where things stand today.
-
Now
You join the founding cohort
We collect your 30-day shipping report and your commitment to ship with the group. You pay nothing. In plain terms: we're onboarding our founding cohort now, and shipping starts once our platform partnership is live.
-
Next
The platform goes live
ShipChamps runs on a white-label shipping platform — the carrier connections, label printing, and tracking infrastructure — branded as ours. That partnership is what turns "we have a group" into "you can print a label."
-
Onboarding
Your account is created
You get a ShipChamps login, connect your store, and print labels at group rates. You pay your label cost through ShipChamps; the group pays the carrier. The difference between the group rate and your rate is how we make money — you still pay less than retail.

Ongoing
Rates improve as we grow
Every new member adds volume, and volume is leverage. As the group's numbers grow, we renegotiate — first with the platform, then directly with carriers — and rates come down for everyone in the group.
Run your numbers
What could pooled volume save your store?
Move the sliders to match your store. This is a planning estimate, not a quote — your real group rate comes from your actual shipping data, which we'll run for free.
Savings estimator
Based on what you ship today and the discount you'd target as part of the group.
What you currently pay per package, all-in, on average.
Conservative to optimistic. Actual rates depend on your lanes, weights, and the group's total volume.
Illustrative only. Group rates are negotiated from the founding cohort's combined shipping data, so your actual rate is set once we see your 30-day report — which costs you nothing to run.
Founding members
Free to join. First in line when rates go live.
Founding members are the stores whose combined volume sets our opening rates. In exchange for joining early and sharing your shipping data, you get founding-member status in the group — in writing.

✓
Free to join, no commitment
No joining fee, no monthly subscription, no contract. If the group rate doesn't beat what you pay now, you ship elsewhere — nothing lost.
-
✓
Group rates from day one
When the platform goes live, founding members ship at group rates immediately — no volume minimum to qualify, however small your store.
-
✓
Your data works for you
The only ask: a 30-day shipping report. It's pooled anonymously with the group's data to negotiate rates — and it's what lets us show you exactly what you'd save.
-
✓
Rates that improve as the group grows
Founding members aren't a launch gimmick — as volume grows and we renegotiate, improved rates apply to the whole group, founders included.

Plain-English billing
You pay ShipChamps for your labels; the group pays the carrier. We keep a small spread on each label — that's the whole business model, explained up front.

Subject: Cut your shipping costs — free to join
Hi [Name],
I run ShipChamps, a shipping buying group for e-commerce businesses. We pool volume across members to unlock enterprise-level carrier rates — the discounts usually reserved for huge shippers.
We're onboarding founding members now. Free to join, no commitment. Shipping starts once our platform partnership goes live, and founding members ship at group rates from day one. All I ask is a 30-day shipping report so we can keep negotiating better rates as we grow.
Want to see what you'd save? Send me your monthly volume and average package weight and I'll run the numbers.
Best,
Adam — ShipChamps

Questions every seller asks
Is it really free? How does ShipChamps make money?
Joining is free and there's no subscription. ShipChamps earns a small spread on each label — the difference between the group's negotiated carrier rate and the member rate you pay. You still pay less than retail rates, and we only earn when you actually ship.
Can I start shipping today?
Not quite yet, and we'd rather say so plainly. We're enrolling the founding cohort and finalizing our platform partnership now. Founding members share their shipping data and commitment first; when the platform goes live, their accounts are created and they start printing labels at group rates.
Which carriers are included?
The group is being set up to reach rates across the four major U.S. carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — so once shipping is live, members can pick the best service per package instead of being locked into one carrier's retail pricing. Final carrier access depends on our platform partnership, which is being finalized now.
What exactly do you need from me to join?
Two things: a 30-day shipping report (your shipping platform can export it in a couple of clicks — we'll walk you through it) and a rough picture of your monthly volume and typical package weights. The application form above covers the second part.
Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
Neither. The entire point of a buying group is that small stores qualify through pooled volume. Ship one label a month or ten thousand — and if the group rate ever stops beating your current rate, you're free to ship elsewhere.
What happens to my shipping data?
It's used to negotiate the group's rates — pooled and anonymized alongside other members' data. It's never sold, and it's never shared with other members.
Your volume is worth more together.
Join the founding cohort, send over 30 days of shipping data, and see what your store's packages cost at group rates — before you commit to anything.
